Project Details
Project Background
The client, a national sportswear retailer, contacted Servistec / Enertec to install and commission replacement air conditioning / heating systems to 20 stores in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
The fit outs were undertaken to a tight schedule and a minimum shut down of the stores was adhered to.
The works were prepared whilst the system was left fully operational and the changeover was completed within a 5 day periods There was minimum disruption to the air conditioning during the clients operating hours.
Servistec / Enertec, were awarded the supply, installation and control of the replacement internal ductwork, ventilation systems and rooftop air handling and condenser plant.
All transportation, craneage, loading and offloading was organised and supervised by Servistec / Enertec to ensure that the crane lift removal of the original and placement of the new chillers was undertaken with minimum disruption to the clients operations.
The Systems
Comprise of roof mounted air handlers, ventilation and chilled air ducted systems and flush mounted ceiling cassette type air conditioning units to the trading areas and server rooms. Each unit being fitted with insulated refrigerant pipework to enable even distribution of cooling. The systems were fully commissioned by Servistec / Enertec, and handed over on time and within budget.
